Our dedicated Training facility in Dammam ensures that our employees have the necessary capabilities and performance to keep pace with progress and developments in technology, regulations and the demands of the market place.
SGB Dabal employs International training expertise to assist with this aim. Instructors and consultants come from within the SGB Group, and also independent facilities, to ensure that we are able to benefit from the knowledge that can be gained from the exposure to worldwide information and ideas.
Training at site level is also a fundamental part of our programme. All operational staff are continually given site awareness, safety and procedural instruction to ensure that they are always working to the benefit of both the client, and the company.
